Pro bono
I DREAM.
A vision for impact.
Limited pro bono strategic support for selected purpose-driven founders, nonprofit leaders, ministries, and community builders.
The pro bono impact initiative
I DREAM: a vision for impact, with structure behind it.
I DREAM supports selected purpose-driven founders, nonprofit and ministry leaders, emerging entrepreneurs, and community builders who need practical direction.
The initiative offers limited strategic support based on the project’s purpose, need, readiness, fit, and available capacity. It is not currently represented as a tax-exempt foundation.
The I DREAM framework
Move from inspiration toward purposeful action.
The original program describes five principles that connect a meaningful idea to preparation and progress.
Inspiration
The vision, calling, or idea that begins the work.
Determination
The discipline to continue organizing and improving.
Education
The knowledge needed to understand structure, readiness, and leadership.
Action
Practical steps that turn ideas into plans, documents, and organized work.
Mastery
A commitment to ongoing learning, improvement, and thoughtful leadership.
How selected projects may be supported
Limited support around a meaningful next step.
The exact work depends on the project and available capacity—not a standard promise to every applicant.
Founder strategy
Mission, audience, program idea, leadership direction, and priorities.
Document organization
Identifying the records, budgets, narratives, policies, or planning materials that need attention.
Readiness & visibility
Preparing the building blocks of funding readiness and clarifying the project’s message.
Published selection priorities
Purpose, need, commitment, and potential for impact.
The program is limited. A thoughtful inquiry helps explain both the project and the support being requested.
Clear purpose & demonstrated need
Explain the mission and why paid support may not be accessible at this time.
Willingness to participate
Be prepared to gather information, complete tasks, and communicate.
Potential for impact
Describe the people or community the project aims to serve.
Apply or nominate a leader
Begin with the project and the challenge.
Share the purpose, current stage, support needed, and why the project may be a fit. Use the inquiry form to introduce your own work or a leader you would like to nominate.
Do not submit another person’s confidential or sensitive information. For a nomination, start with a general description and ask about the appropriate process.
An inquiry does not guarantee acceptance, funding, legal representation, or any particular outcome.
